Project: "Good neighbours – good partners"
Objective: Creation of conditions for economic and social cohesion and development between the Municipality of Lom and Municipality of Pantelej, establishment of network for cooperation and administrative capacity for work on cross-border projects between the Municipality of Lom and City Municipality of Pantelej for strengthening of the role of the municipalities in the creation of public-private partnerships for the development of business and social services
Result: Municipal centre for cross-border cooperation Lom established; 2 cores of specialists /6 persons/ of the municipalities of Lom and Pantelej trained; employment of 4 persons, trained in preparation and management of projects, ensured; established network for joint work for development of joint project proposal in the two municipalities; ensured access to information regarding the cross-border partners, legislation, Euro-standards, possibilities for investments and public-private partnerships, updated tri-lingual web-page of the centre; Strategy for economic cohesion and development between the Municipality of Lom and Municipality of Pantelej, 2007-2013 – 800 pieces developed; Bilingual reference book published in 800 pieces

Project: "Establishment of daily centre for old people on retirement age "Care for our parents" – town of Lom"
Objective: Delivery of new for the community alternative forms of social services as sustainable model for social inclusion, overcome of the social isolation and successful integration of the society of the old people on retirement age at the Municipality of Lom
Result: Daily centre for old people on retirement age established, repaired building, delivered equipment and furniture. Improved life condition of 40 old people on retirement age

Project: "Art without age and borders"
Objective: Establishment of sustainable network for communication, cooperation and interaction in the sphere of art for ratification of cultural exchange, establishment of ArtInfoCentre and organizing of joint initiatives between artists of different age and nationality as a way of expression, acquaintance, exchange of ideas and experience
Result: Establishment of ArtInfoCentre Polomia as modern cultural institution with office equipment for conducting of exhibitions, symposiums, photo-essays with the participation of artists from Bulgaria and Serbia. International workshop Polomie conducted. Luxury tri-lingual album and web page with the works of the participants in the workshop made.

Project: "Water-supply of the village of Dolno Linevo"
Objective: Improvement of the way of life – ensuring of drinking water for 300 people from the village and prevention of the possibility for diseases due to the water
Result: Drilling and water tank reconstructed – 150 cubic m, ensuring water for the village of Dolno Linevo. Rehabilitated internal water-supply network with PEHD pipes with length 6 km

Project: "Reconstruction of sport hall Balkaniada"
Objective: Restoration of the sport hall
Result: Repair and hydro-isolation of the roof, external plaster and painting of the facade, glazing of the fasade

Project: "Reconstruction of home for old people with mental diseases – town of Lom, Chuchurkata area"
Objective: Improvement of the way of life of the 40 people, living in the home
Result: Construction of new building and repair of the existing one

Objective: Ensuring of drinking water for the residents of the village – 500 people
Result: Construction of 14 km water-conduit on the territory of the village of Slivata

Objective: Improvement of the way of life of the resident of the town of Lom
Result: Replaced water-conduit, sewerage and asphalting from D. Angelov Street to Han Omurtag Street

Project: "Opening of adapted work place in the rehabilitation and information centre for disabled people in the town of Lom"
Result: Repair and equipment of adapted work place. Ensured employment for a disabled person for 3 years term. Improved capacity for the local organization. Improved quality of the services in the centre. Facilitated access of information for the disabled people.
